If you like a challenge, this is the sauce for you. Packed with flavour, as ever, our priority is to create sauces that taste outstandingly delicious. A combination of habaneros, ghost peppers and Carolina reapers have immediate heat that builds, these super hot chillies also have a cumulative effect. Don't fear it.
Saying that, every time I cook this sauce I up the quantity of Carolina reapers in there so, maybe do.
